A life of a fisherman has never be the 9 to 5 routine.
Dede, a fisherman that possesed the love to the ocean inherited from his father in Pelabuhan Ratu, West Java Indonesia. from just following his father’s path turn to be his daily routine to his love of the sea. Admiring the bless and the challenge in every waves that the sea throws. He then immediately noticed the danger of the fellow fisherman those are works their livelihood day to day sometimes too close to danger and death.
He started the community in his birth village and sharing his knowledge of safety and the way to help the works be safer. He started to campaining the needs of wearing lfe vest, giving the training of how to signal other fisherman and the authorities when they are in danger, and works together to rescue other fiserman in dangers thru the simple comunal communication he created to helps in needs. His works is not just to help the fisherman, he also offering helps with to helps the family that left behind by his felloship those lost at sea.
His hard works and persistence attract government and communities and international fouyndation to spread the noble works he did. This international films helps people around the world to secure and raise awareness that every meals they had on the table, every fish and seafood they enjoy every other day is come from a struggle and the dangerous that the fisherman has to face everyday.
